Hey Guy welcome to my blog in this article we will be discussing about issue related to Income Tax e-Filing Portal Issue that is present when you try to file ITR3


Although you have declared 0 in 80U and if you are not a disabled person still this error pops up during the ITR Validation

 

In Schedule VIA, deduction u/s 80U for self with severe disability cannot be more than the maximum limit of Rs.1,25,000

 

 

Problem / Error : In Schedule VIA, deduction u/s 80U for self with severe disability cannot be more than the maximum limit of Rs.1,25,000 


Solution : Go back to Schedule VIA and in the Other Deductions Select the 80U for self with severe disability and delete it and save it.
 

Once you save it click confirm and then log out the Income Tax e-Filing Portal Website and Login again.
 

Now try to continue from where you stopped and this error will not be there anymore. You can easily validate the ITR3 and Proceed with your verification.

 

Cookie For You : Don't Forget to Claim 10,000 under 80TTA under the same Other Deductions Section, this deduction is applicable to every citizen who is Having Savings Bank Account, and getting interest from it.
